No Somerset ever set the world alight for outstanding pace but it was a solid dependable family car for the family in the early fifties. I had one of these a few years back and was an entertaining old girl to drive with column gearchange and bench seat. My examples was not particularly well set up and continually broke down due to ignition problems and even had a wheel come off which was exciting at the time.
