Willys Jeep
1940s Willys military vehicle seen at the 2004 Goodwood Revival
This is one of 170+ images of classic cars and aircraft that I took at the September 2004 Circuit Revival meeting at Goodwood, in Sussex.
[Index of Goodwood images]
The restored Willys below was photographed over the 3 day weekend at Goodwood. This olive drab Jeep is a military vehicle of the type often seen at motor racing meets and events in years gone by, this particular Willys military vehicle dating back to the 1940s era. Such cars
would have appeared in military vehicle races at motorsport meetings, such as those at Goodwood.
You'll find many more restored vehicles similar to this Willys Jeep elsewhere on Classic Wheels, just have a look at the left hand menu.
If you are a collector of Willys Jeep information, or are looking for parts for a 1940s Willys, see the list of related memorabilia on sale today at the ebay auction site - click here

The picture below of a olive drab Jeep is photo #81 in this set of photographs taken at the 2004 Revival. You can read more about the event here: Goodwood review.
